Hi Urvi,

I don’t usually make my own stock so I don’t have a great recipe, but there are tons out there. Here’s a link to one on All Recipes. Also, you can freeze it for later use. I would freeze it in smaller portions (ice cubes or in a muffin tray) so you can use it as needed.

Though I skipped the vegetable broth (you dont seem to get it in mumbai or maybe I am just too lazy to find it) Any tips on substitutions or how to make it at home? Can it be stored if made at home?
