That’s what I do and it’s kind of messy…not to mention time consuming and the popping oil makes it hard to do with Surya around. I really enjoyed this baked version. We love our neighborhood too and sadly are moving soon. But we’ll have more space which I think we’ll ALL enjoy 🙂

Dinner together is a difficulty for us, since I’m the cook and commute an hour each way, but I often prepare tofu ahead of time and just toss it into whatever the kids are eating.
