Just in case you need motivation: I just wanted to say I love your site because I’m a working mother and I love South Indian cooking. Your short cuts are so helpful. I always feel like my friends are too perfect and I have no idea how they cook for their families – pack their own lunches for work and stay sane. I always have to drag my store bought salad to the “brown ladies lunch”
