My website has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my permission. Do you
know any techniques to help stop content from being stolen? I’d truly appreciate it.

Hi Amy, sorry for the mistake but you’re right – the instructions for the potatoes within the recipe itself (parboil, peel then slice in rounds) is correct. I’ve deleted the reference in the ingredients list. Thanks for pointing this out!

Sounds more like they’re supposed to be sliced into rounds after being parbroiled.

I love your site! Indian is one of my favorite types of food to cook – I’m excited to have a source of new recipes, esp. when they come from Indian mommies! One of my best friends is Indian and she used to get recipes all the time from her mom with only the vaguest of instructions and amounts – it was fun to try to figure it all out together. Thanks so much for this! 🙂

@Varsha, thanks! I’m looking forward to looking at your space too. We’re not usually big chole fans, but I think this version won us over. Plus no chopping and making a masala, which is a nice break.
