@megan (brooklyn farmhouse) – I think these are better than regular beans (which I also love) because they are so thinly sliced…gives them a delicate taste that goes well with spices. give them a shot!

@trupti – thanks! sadly, a true story 🙂 i just bought long beans yesterday…am curious to see if they taste different. but I don’t think that’s papdi right?
