Zucchini Koftas in Tomato Sauce

Shredded green zucchini koftas mixed with besan flour (chickpea flour or gram flour), minced green chili peppers and cilantro, red chili powder and salt then shallow fried until golden and tossed in a mild tomato masala sauce.

  1. Made this in the form of a pattie (w/o sauce), it was delicous, kids loved it too. Next time will try w/ sauce. Thanks for an easy recipe (jai food processor!)
